Изменение суммы оплаты в договоре дистанционного обучения в ННГАСУ - анализ инфляции и правомерность учета ее в расчетах

В 2014 сын стал учится в ННГАСУ дистанционное обучение платное, в договоре указаны суммы оплаты по годам 2014-2015-44000 р;2015-2016-48000 р;2016-2017-54000 р 2017-2018-60000. 2018-2019-66000 Р.В результате 2014-2015-44000 р,а 2015-2016-53000 р,2016-2017-запрашивают-60000 р. В договоре есть слова про инфляцию, но цены тоже с учетом инфляции. Насколько это правомерно и какой процент заложен в инфляции?

Dear friend, I can't find by Internet international agreement between Czech Republic and Russia in Russian language: Договор о правовой помощи и правовых отношениях по гражданским, семейным и уголовным делам между СССР и ЧССР. I have got my wife in Russia. She waits for new ID card and passport now. Hovewer, representative of OVIR proclaim that this agreement isn't valid and our civil marriage in Czech Republic isn't valid too. Because official rendering of marriage certificate hasn't stamp from Russian Embassy. But the Concul gave in advance consent with marriage and after it he wrote change her surname in passport. Agreement directly indicates that both governments have to accept official rendereing. Before one month ZAKS normally gave for my wife new ID card (new surname) and now policeman of OVIR confiscated her new ID card and ties my wife for new passport with old surname and for new ID card. I talked personally with Russian Consul at Russian Embassy in Prague, he said that agreement is valid and our process was O.K. But reality is diferent.Can you help me? За сколько пршлых лет можно подать декларацию 3 НДФЛ на возврат медецинских услуг. Например если у меня есть чеки и справки с 2012 г и т. д. Вопрос о применении периодов 2013 и 2010 годов для расчета пособия по БиР при втором декретном отпуске

Декретный отпуск начался с 27 декабря 2013 года и по наст. Время. Скоро родится второй ребенок (в январе 2016) и с ноября 2015 года откроетс новый декретный отпуск. Можно ли взять для расчета пособия по БиР период 2013 год и 2010 год (заменить 2014 год на 2010, а не на 2012 или 2011)?
