The head of the Ministry of Culture of the Tula Region, Tatyana Rybkina, sent a letter to regional houses of culture, asking them not to allow concerts by the Bakhyt-Kompot group in the region. As Rybkina noted, the work of Bakhyt-Kompot contains propaganda of alcoholism, drug addiction and promiscuity, and negatively affects the moral consciousness of young people.
The soloist of Bakhyt-Compot Vadim Stepantsov has been a patriot of the Russian Spring since 2014
MSLU professor Roman Silantiev, head of the Human Rights Center of the World Russian People's Council. Silantyev recalled that Stepantsov is a member of the Writers' Union of the LPR, gives concerts on the front lines of Donbass, and is familiar with many leaders of Novorossia.
