В век последних времен безверием губим души. (In age of the last days killing souls with faithlessness)

Боже, как мы живем? Злой слепотой недужим. (Lord, how do we live? Ill with evil blindness)

Скорбь тетивою гнёт, вот только не на колени. (Sorrow bends us like bowstring, but not to kneel)

Думаем, не придет последнее то мгновение. (Thinking, that the last moment won't come)

Мир от людей устал и шепчет Богу ветер: (The world is tired of people and whispers the wind to the Lord)

«Дай мне девятый вал, смету я всё на свете. (Allow me a white squall, I'll wipe out everything under the sun)

Тварь превозносит плоть, уничижая душу» (Beast exalts the flesh, belittling the soul)

Не отвечал Господь, просто молчал и слушал. Ждал.(The Lord didn't reply, simply kept silent and listened. Waited.)

В покаянии ждал Он души, во аде кто же их исповесть? (He waited for repented souls, for who would confess them in hell?)

Грешники, откройте уши, чтоб внимать благую весть. (Sinners, open ears, so you can heed the gospel)

Верь, не верь, неотвратимо приидет грозный судия, (Believe, or don't, inevitably the fearsome judge will come)

Скажет всем необратимым: «Вон отыди от Меня». (And tells to all of the unturned: Walketh away from me)

Дух , и душа, и плоть… как мало и как много… (Spirit, and soul, and flesh... so little and so much)

С тех, кому дал Господь, Он спросит очень строго, (Whom the Lord has given, he will judge unerringly)

А тот, кто не стяжал в смирении Духа свыше, (And those who didn't humbly receive the Spirit from above)

Кто от креста бежал, падет гораздо ниже. (Who ran from the cross, will fall significantly lower)

И вопиет земля и молит Бога море: (And cries out the earth and the sea prayed God)

«Воля на всё Твоя, но мы скорбим от горя, (Everything is Your will, but we mourn in misery)

Слово одно скажи и всё тот час разрушим: (Just say one word and in that moment we'll destroy all)

тварь не достойна жить». (A beast is not worthy of life)

Но Бог молчал и слушал. Ждал. (But the Lord kept silent and listened. Waited.)

И по монастырям верных слышны стенания: (And through monasteries of the faithful can the prayers be heard)

«Милостив буди нам, дай время на покаяние, (Have mercy on us, give us time to repent)

Ради спасения душ живущих и почивших, (For the sake of saving the souls of the living and the dead)

Но, может, поздно уж? (But, maybe, it's too late huh?)

Нет, ждет Господь и слышит нас. (No, the Lord is waiting and hears us)
