The daughter of my wife has lost her right as a paretnt here in denmark after seperation.

The decision was 3 times carried based on a psycological testing that here the father was found better capable of raising the child, a little girl of 3.

We feel that this result is due to the bad relations btwn the two countries. Thsi decision is an act of discrimination.

What are we to do ? We had two lawers who followed this Danish discirminating attitude.

Please help us with advice.

The situation is not absolutely clear.Whether the woman a citizen of Russia is, what citizenship at the girl is?What documents are in business, whether there is a decision of court, whether the court in Russia was? Many nuances which can affect a judgement.

If your the woman is a Russian citizen, if there's any possibility for her to take the child and go back to Russia, a Russian court would probably grant her the custody over her child, as in 99% of cases mothers get the custody in this country.
