Hello, I am a international student in 4th year in Russia and I will graduate in 2023, so I visited Istanbul for 6days trip and I came back to Russia in April 2022, So when I came back, I visited my dean of International students, So he told me to pay my school fees and I did. So my student 1 year Visa will expire in December 2022. So my dean called me to start Visa extension process and he found that they did not ask me to submit my immigration card and it’s more than 3 months that I came back to Russia. I called the bank and told that I didn' t make that transactions. They blocked my card. I asked them I will get back my money. The bank told me that they are not sure... please tell me my risks...
