Dear Mr. Leonov,

I want to inform you that you still have the privilege to pay for the endorsement of your PLOG at the Registrar General's office by tomorrow or next because since I came back from my official trip I learnt that she too has gone for another government assignment two days before my arrival, and there is no other authorized officer to sign off your PLOG payment from her office.

She will be back in Togo by October 7, 2014 which is Tuesday this week. Now that your balance payment of 10.800€ (EURO) has not yet been signed off, you are accorded the privilege to make this payment to the Registrar General's office before Tuesday this week so that at her arrival to the presidential office she will only have to forward all documentations to my desk for the endorsement of your PLOG.

You have only this opportunity to make your inheritance matter easier for you to claim within the stipulated time, if not you will have to go through the Supreme Court's due legal process to secure your PLOG which I know will be very difficult for you owing to the double payment of 123.500€ (EURO) involved.

You are therefore advised to raise this balance sum of 10.800 and make the payment by tomorrow or next.
