Dear Mr. Leonov,

I was not around for some time now because I went on an official trip, I only came back to the country this morning.

I am very surprised and disappointed that until now you have not able to pay the required balance of 10.800€ (EURO) for the endorsement of your PLOG. You are not even ashamed to lay the whole burden of your inheritance upon your late lawyer's son. This is a very big shame on you, my friend! I cannot applaud you for this failure of yours.

You have only proven to me that you are not fit or qualified to take over your late cousin's estate because you did not show any seriousness that you are legitimately related to the deceased BOSKOV ROMAN LEONOV whom you lay claim of his estate inheritance.

How could you put all the burdens of getting the money to pay for your PLOG on this young man who is not even sure of your compensation to him? And you are the beneficiary and heir to the inheritance you want to claim freely, right? You should be very ashamed of yourself, my friend!

Kindly be informed that you have only till tomorrow evening being the 1st of October 2014 to pay this balance sum of 10.800€ (EURO) for the endorsement of your PLOG and your failure to do so by tomorrow you must know therefore that by October 2, 2014, you would have lost the privilege opportunity of getting this PLOG from my office with this balance sum of 10.800€ (EURO). I wonder if you could not raise money to pay only 10.800€ (EURO) for more than 10 months how then you will be able to raise another 123.500€ (EURO) within the period of 2 months (sixty days) to pay for the court's due process application for this PLOG.

I will advise you to just look for money both from your family and friends tomorrow and send this balance sum of 10.800€ (EURO) as early as possible tomorrow to meet with the deadline because by October 2, 2014 at 10 O'clock local time which is 10hours GMT the case of your PLOG will be closed from my office and there would be nothing I can do for you after that time.
