В 1993 моя бабушка включила меня в приватизацию своей квартиры. Я являюсь собственником 1/3 части (остальное принадлежит дяде) .С 1993 я там не прописана и не проживаю, живу в другом городе. Недавно от знакомой узнала, что дядя разделил счета за квартиру... а на днях принёс родителям квитанцию на моё имя от примтеплоэнерго за ноябрь 2014 г на сумму 1173,87 рубля... и долгом в 39000 рублей... О том что он разделил счета я официально не информирована. Оплатить необходимо в течении 10 дней. Правомерно ли это и откуда такой долг... И как можно отказаться от своей части в пользу государства или иного лица (не родственника) Спасибо, с уважением Галина.

Здравствуйте. Правомерно, Вы собственник и обязаны содержать имущество. Берите справку, что живёте в другом месте и идите к тепловикам за перерасчётом, но много не снимут

свою долю квартиры вы можете продать с соблюдением права преимущественной покупки второго сособственника (ст.250 ГК РФ) либо подарить кому пожелаете.
